Who We Are
Founded in 2019, SITIM has been built around the principle of partnership. The company is UK-based and operates under the direction of a majority UK shareholder, bringing together an experienced network of designers, developers and technology specialists. Unlike many technology businesses that rely on external contractors or temporary resources, SITIM is built on a partnership model in which every contributor is also a shareholder.
This means everyone involved has a genuine stake in the business’s success and in the projects we deliver. The shared ownership structure creates a culture of accountability, commitment and long-term thinking.
