Our Projects
We're currently partnering with clients across manufacturing, logistics, and quality engineering to build software that solves real operational problems.
We are unable to show you the final production screens as we are waiting for our customers’ permission to do so. These screens give you a flavour of what we do as a company.
Manufacturing Intelligence Platform
The Challenge
A global manufacturer needed real-time visibility across multiple production lines spanning three countries. Existing systems were siloed, with no unified view of throughput, defect rates, or downtime — leading to delayed decisions and missed JIT targets.
Our Approach
We are building a centralised dashboard that ingests live data from PLCs and IoT sensors on the factory floor. The platform applies Six Sigma methodologies to surface trends, flag anomalies, and predict maintenance windows — giving operations teams a single pane of glass across all facilities.

Cross-Border Logistics Suite
The Challenge
A transport operator managing cross-border freight across Europe struggled with fragmented route planning, manual customs documentation, and zero real-time fleet visibility. Drivers relied on phone calls to dispatch, and compliance paperwork was often completed retrospectively.
Our Approach
We are developing an integrated logistics platform covering route optimisation, live GPS fleet tracking, and automated customs document generation. The system pre-validates documentation against destination country requirements before departure, reducing border delays and compliance risk.

Automotive Robotics Quality Platform
The Challenge
An automotive parts manufacturer running multiple robotic welding and assembly cells had no centralised way to correlate robot performance data with product quality outcomes. Cycle times, joint torque readings, and weld current logs lived in separate vendor systems, while quality inspections were still paper-based. When defect rates spiked, engineers spent days cross-referencing data to identify whether the root cause was a drifting robot arm, a worn electrode, or a process parameter change.
Our Approach
We are building a platform that pulls live telemetry from robotic cells — cycle times, axis loads, servo temperatures, weld parameters — and correlates it directly with inspection results and defect data. SPC control charts flag when a robot is drifting out of tolerance before defects reach the end of line. The system tracks OEE per cell, highlights underperforming stations, and provides IATF 16949-aligned audit trails so quality and production teams share one source of truth across the factory floor.
