A Different Kind of Software Business
SITIM is a UK-led software partnership. Unlike traditional consultancies that rely on external contractors or temporary resources, we operate on a partnership model in which every contributor is also a shareholder. The people who build the work are the people who own the business.
That structure shapes everything about how we work. Decisions are made by people with skin in the game. Quality matters because the reputation belongs to all of us. Long-term thinking isn’t a value statement on a wall — it’s the only thinking that makes sense when you’re building something you own.
Our partners come from a wide range of backgrounds — software engineers, designers, technology specialists, commercial and industry leaders. What unites them is a preference for crafted work over churned output, and a commitment to clients who value reliability over volume.
We’re selective by design. Growth is measured in calibre, not headcount. If the partnership model resonates and you bring something we don’t already have, we’d like to hear from you.
How to Get Involved
We don’t run open recruitment rounds. Partnerships start as conversations. The path normally looks like this:
